Because our artisans live in remote regions of India, the shipping timeline involves two distinct phases: collection and dispatch.

• Standard Dispatch (3-5 business days): For items available in our central warehouse.
• Artisan Direct (7-12 business days): For specialized or made-to-order crafts that ship directly from the artisan's village via our rural partners.
• Delivery Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping within India takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

2. Shipping Fees

100% of the shipping fees you pay go directly toward funding secure packaging and the logistics partners who bridge the gap between rural villages and modern cities.

• Orders above ₹5,000: Free secure shipping across India.
• Orders below ₹5,000: A flat rate of ₹250 applies to cover secure bubble packaging and transit.
• International Shipping: Currently unavailable as we focus on building a robust domestic supply chain.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to accurately reflect the location of your parcel.

4. Handling Fragile Items

Items like Bidriware, Terracotta, and Blue Pottery are extremely fragile. We use multi-layered, eco-friendly cushioning to ensure they arrive securely. If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please document it and refer to our Returns policy immediately.
