At Kalakruthi, every product is handmade and unique. We ensure quality before dispatch.
Returns:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds:
- Once the issue is verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Non-returnable:
Products cannot be returned for minor variations, as handmade items may have slight differences.
